A twist on the authentic herbs and spices that cajun seasonings usually contain, it has all the freshness, flavour and no salt!

Each bag contains approximately 80 grams (I always err on the generous side) of the seasoning, enough to make plenty of dishes.

Recipe

Ragin’ Cajun Butter for Seafood

Yields1 Serving

Ingredients

 1 cup salted butter
 1 tbsp Iron Skillet Ragin' Cajun Seasoning
 salt if desired
 2 lbs peeled cooked or raw shrimp

Method

melt butter in a sauce pan

Whisk in the Iron Skillet Ragin' Cajun seasoning.

If shrimp is raw, place in boiling water for 2-3 minutes depending on their size. Drain and serve immediately with the hot butter.

If shrimp is precooked, leave in a watertight bag and place in the hottest tap water for about 10 minutes to warm them up... or serve them completely chilled.

Dip cooked shrimp in Cajun Butter! eat. Enjoy.

Also delicious with crab, lobster or other shellfish.
