Tweaked Greek Seasoning has been a very delicious blend to develop. I have tested these organic spices on my family to make sure we have the right balance of herbs and spices to give you a tasty greek dining experience.

Delicious on popcorn, chicken, meat, couscous, fish, in sauces and generally when ever you want.

Freshly, small batch blended from whole, dried spices and herbs, and packaged in a resealable kraft bag.

Value packs are approx. 50 grams (a lot more than those little jars in the store!)

Recipe

Easy Chicken Souvlaki

Yields1 Serving

Ingredients

 4 Chicken Breasts or 8-12 Thighs (or two turkey thighs)
 1 ½ cups yogurt (use 3 %, not necessary to use greek yogurt as it's too thick)
 1 ½ tbsp Iron Skillet Tweaked Greek Seasoning

Method

1

Cut chicken into strips.

Mix Chicken strips, Yogurt, and Iron Skillet Tweaked Greek Seasoning together.

Cover or seal in zip-lock bag and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour (overnight works too).

Drain the chicken from the mixture.

grill, bake or fry chicken strips until cooked.

Tips

If grilling, thread chicken back and forth onto water-soaked skewers to make handling them easier.

When using breasts, chicken can dry out easily, if you are marinading overnight, use chicken or turkey thighs cut into strips.
