Ragin’ Cajun Butter for seafood

Yields1 Serving

 1 cup salted butter
 1 tbsp Iron Skillet Ragin' Cajun Seasoning
 salt if desired
 2 lbs peeled cooked or raw shrimp

melt butter in a sauce pan

Whisk in the Iron Skillet Ragin' Cajun seasoning.


If shrimp is raw, place in boiling water for 2-3 minutes depending on their size. Drain and serve immediately with the hot butter.

If shrimp is precooked, leave in a watertight bag and place in the hottest tap water for about 10 minutes to warm them up... or serve them completely chilled.


Dip cooked shrimp in Cajun Butter! eat. Enjoy.

Also delicious with crab, lobster or other shellfish.
