Pumpkin Pie (makes 2 pies)

Yields1 Serving

 4 eggs
 1 tbsp Iron Skillet Pumpkin Seasoning
 1 ½ cups sugar
 2 evaporated milk
 1 tsp salt
 1 can pumpkin
 2 pie crusts

preheat oven to 425 Degrees F

beat eggs and Iron Skillet Pumpkin Spice together.

Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk together until smooth


pour into two pie crusts

bake for 12 min at 425 degrees F and then turn the oven down to 350 for 18- 20 more minutes.

It is done when the center no longer jiggles.

TIP: place pies on center rack and place a cookie sheet below them to catch drips.


Cool to room temperature before serving.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
