cover and refrigerate at least 30 min. overnight is best
form into patties, cook well and serve.
TIP: if you're not sure if you like it stronger or not, just start with 1 Tbsp Iron Skillet Breakfast Sage seasoning for 2 lbs of ground meat. wait the 30 min, cook a little bit and taste it. if you want more seasoning you can always add more.
