Easy Chicken Souvlaki

 4 Chicken Breasts or 8-12 Thighs (or two turkey thighs)
 1 ½ cups yogurt (use 3 %, not necessary to use greek yogurt as it's too thick)
 1 ½ tbsp Iron Skillet Tweaked Greek Seasoning

Cut chicken into strips.

Mix Chicken strips, Yogurt, and Iron Skillet Tweaked Greek Seasoning together.

Cover or seal in zip-lock bag and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour (overnight works too).

Drain the chicken from the mixture.

grill, bake or fry chicken strips until cooked.

If grilling, thread chicken back and forth onto water-soaked skewers to make handling them easier.

When using breasts, chicken can dry out easily, if you are marinading overnight, use chicken or turkey thighs cut into strips.
